Cancellation Policy - BCC KH App
At BCC KH, we strive to offer the best service and customer satisfaction. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent to all our users. Please read the following guidelines carefully:
1. Booking Cancellation:
- Users can cancel their bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without incurring any cancellation fees.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
2. Refund Policy:
- If a booking is canceled more than 24 hours in advance, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- For cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, the remaining 50% of the service cost (after deducting the cancellation fee) will be refunded within 5-7 business days.
3. No-Show Policy:
- If a user does not show up for their scheduled appointment and fails to cancel in advance, a no-show fee equivalent to 100% of the service cost will be charged.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
4. Rescheduling:
- Users may reschedule their appointments up to 24 hours before the original appointment time without any additional charges.
- Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be treated as a cancellation and will incur the standard cancellation fee.
5. Special Circumstances:
- In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, users are encouraged to contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will review each case individually and may waive cancellation fees at our discretion.
6. How to Cancel or Reschedule:
- Users can cancel or reschedule their bookings directly through the BCC KH App by navigating to their appointment details and selecting the appropriate option.
- Alternatively, users can contact our customer support team for assistance with cancellations or rescheduling.
